Our second time getting a home delivery. Wow. The food arrived in 25 minutes. Piping hot. Delicious big portions. The beef curry triangles and chicken curry roll starters are so tasty. I had Thai chicken satay, so tasty and the chicken was not dried up. My hubby had beef curry, tender beef. We will be back. X
First and last time ordering from here, got a hoggie came with salad but no sauce, when I called the shop the man was very rude and deogrative, wouldn't listen to what I had to say just kept talking over the top of me and started raising his voice, to say that I am angry and annoyed is an understatement.
Partner and i ordered and a spicier curry came called to see if i could swap and pay for the other one that should have came. Buuuuut no. You get a hollering and defensive cook or owner unsuree but was told no we too busy to deal with it if youre too busy to deal you should hire more staff and stop being aggressive with customers absolutely disgraceful customer service thanks! Rude Staff. Wont be back.
The worst customer service over the phone ever! Never felt so attacked over the sake of a wrong curry delivered. Called up just as I realised my curry was the wrong one (very spicy) compared to the more mild korma that I had ordered and the man in the shop was very aggressive shouting over the phone saying that I did not order that. All I wanted was a swap to the original curry ordered but all I got was shouting and screaming down the phone so I will not be ordering from Freddie's ever again! RUDE STAFF!!!
Food is ok. But worst place to work.The chef is always angry.
